1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Sifrad mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sifrad is an iOS application that teaches number vocabulary across multiple languages. The App is available for free with optional paid subscription features (Sifrad Plus).
3. Free Tier
The free tier provides access to number foundations (1–10) in every supported language, including exercises and native-speaker audio. No account or payment is required to use the free tier.
4. Sifrad Plus
Sifrad Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional content including numbers beyond 10, real-world situation drills, unlimited Chances, Streak freeze protection, and an ad-free experience. Pricing: $4.99/month or $39.99/year (individual), $7.99/month or $59.99/year (family). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including text, audio, images, and code — is owned by Sifrad LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sifrad LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
